Jose M. Marxuach earned his BA from the College of the Holy Cross in Worcester, Massachusetts, in 1990. He graduated from the University of Puerto Rico School of Law in 1994. He continued his post-graduate studies by completing a Masters in Law at Tulane University in New Orleans, Louisiana in the Year 1998, where he was a member of the law review.
From 2001 until August 2011, Mr. Marxuach stood out as Professor of the Faculty of Law at the InterAmerican University where he taught courses-core of Civil Liability, Civil Procedure, Theory and Practice Litigation, Introduction to Law, in addition to courses in Sports Law and Entertainment Law.
Mr. Marxuach is admitted to practice law in the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, the First Circuit Court of Appeals of the United States, the Federal District Court of Puerto Rico, and is a member of several legal organizations including Puerto Rico Bar Association, the Sports Lawyers Association, the National Institute for Trial Advocacy, the American Bar Association and Federal Bar. Furthermore, Mr. Marxuach is in the process of being admitted to the courts of Massachusetts and Washington DC.
At the same time, Jose M. Marxuach holds the post of Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Puerto Rican Down Syndrome Foundation, a nonprofit organization that is dedicated to educating and serving children, youth and adults with Down syndrome and their families.

Mr. Castro holds two Bachelor’s Degrees from Bradley University, in International Relations and in Foreign Languages-French. He also attended Université d’Haute Bretagne in Rennes, France. He earned his Juris Doctor from the Inter-American University School of Law, where he worked as a student lawyer in the Federal Criminal Defense Module of the Legal Aid Clinic.
Mr. Castro worked as a Victim’s Advocate at the Bexar County District Attorney’s Office in San Antonio, TX, where he handled felony cases seen by the 399th District Court and later assigned to the White Collar Crime and Corruption Division. He later went on to work as a Translator/Interpreter and provide support legal services for defense attorneys in the San Antonio, TX area.
Presently, Mr. Castro is admitted to practice law in the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico and is in the process of admission to the US District Court for the District Court of Puerto Rico and the First Circuit of the US Court of Appeals. He is currently an Associate Editor for the PR Law Review and a solo practitioner in the civil, criminal and appellate areas. Mr. Castro also serves as the Secretary for the San Juan Chapter of PFLAG.
Mr. Pereira-Córdova holds a Bachelors’ Degree in Science with a major in Biology from the University of Puerto Rico and a Master's Degree in Business Administration (Summa Cum Laude) from the University of Phoenix, as well as a Juris Doctor from the Interamerican University School of Law (Magna Cum Laude). He was a member of the Puerto Rico Law Review of Legislative Analysis and Technique from 2008-2010. He is admitted to practice law before the Courts of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, the United States District Court for the District of Puerto Rico, the United States Court of Appeals for the First Circuit, and the Supreme Court of the United States of America. He is a member of the Puerto Rico Bar Association, the American Bar Association, Association of Professionals in Labor Relations, and the Federal Bar Association.
Mr. Pereira-Córdova served at the Court of Appeals of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico as a law clerk for Appeal Judge Carlos Rivera-Martínez, Appeal Judge Néstor Aponte-Hernández, and Appeal Judge Sol De Borinquen Cintrón-Cintrón.
Presently Mr. Pereira-Córdova works as an Associate at Baerga & Quintana Law Offices where he represents companies in the litigation of labor and employment claims. He is also involved in representing clients before state and federal administrative agencies such as the National Labor Relations Board, the Conciliation and Arbitration Bureau of the Department of Labor, the EEOC, and the Antidiscrimination Unit of the Puerto Rico Department of Labor and handles appellate practice and procedure.

Mr. González Ramos holds a B.B.A. majored in Human Resources Management with a minor in Marketing, from the University of Puerto Rico, Río Piedras Campus School of Business Administration (Cum Laude; Dean’s List) and a Juris Doctor from the University of Puerto Rico Law School (Cum Laude). Besides, he is a Certified Compensation Professional from the Advanced School of Human Resources and Labor Legislation of Puerto Rico. Also, he won the XIX Miguel Velázquez Rivera Intercollegiate and Intramural legal competition and acted as Editor, Administrative Editor and Executive Administrative Editor for the U.P.R. Business Law Journal.
Mr. González Ramos is admitted to the practice of law before the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, the United States Court of Appeals for the First Circuit and is in process to be admitted to the Federal Court for the District of Puerto Rico and as a Notary Public in the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico.
He served for the Puerto Rico Courts of Appeals as an intern to Hon. Judge Emmalind García García; as a student lawyer in the U.P.R. Legal Aid Clinic’s Labor and Employment section; and as a freelance law clerk. Also, he has published works in topics related to arbitration, employment law, assisted reproduction methods regulation among others, in journals such as Revista Jurídica de la U.P.R., Revista de Derecho Puertorriqueño and the U.P.R. Business Law Journal.
Currently, Mr. González Ramos has his private practice in civil, employment and appellate law. He also serves as Associate Editor in Puerto Rico Law Review.

Ms. Frances M. Arbeláez Cheleuitte earned a B.B.A in Business Administration with a major in Marketing from University of Puerto Rico, Bayamón Campus in 2010 (Magna Cum Laude). During her tenure, Ms. Arbeláez Cheleuitte received the Best Marketing Student Award. Also, she was member of the Honors Student Association of the U.P.R. Honors Program, and worked as an intern in the Marketing Department of Pfizer Puerto Rico.
In 2013, she obtained a Juris Doctor from the Inter-American University of Puerto Rico, School of Law (Cum Laude). As part of her legal studies, she participated in the Summer 2012 Student Exchange Program in Italy, England, and Spain. In her last year of law school, Ms. Arbeláez Cheleuitte worked as a student lawyer in the Legal Aid Clinic, Civil Litigation Program, of the Inter-American University of Puerto Rico, School of Law. In addition, she published an article, El Poder Judicial como Intérprete de la Constitución, in the National Law Students Association Digital Journal.
Ms. Arbeláez Cheleuitte is admitted to practice law before the Courts of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, obtaining the fourth highest score of the March 2014 Puerto Rico Bar Exam and admitted as a Notary Public for the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico (both pending swearing in).
Currently, Ms. Arbeláez Cheleuitte is actively contributing with Puerto Rico Law Review, L.L.C., offering counseling to bar exam candidates.
